Nextgen Directors & Quilters Cheviot International joined forces for a morning event focused on supporting individuals whilst promoting local entrepreneurs.

On the coldest, wettest, and windiest day of the year in Jersey in 2024, Nextgen Directors and Quilter Cheviot International teamed up to host a sell-out breakfast event titled "What Next?".

The session featured an inspiring panel of young entrepreneurs, including:

Claudia Sutton of Alt Collective,
Owen Machon of Make Waves, and
Charlie Petulla of Ryde Jersey.

The panel explored the non-linear nature of careers, encouraging attendees to consider moves that might be lateral or even diagonal rather than strictly upward. Discussions revolved around practical strategies for both advancing within existing roles and navigating entirely new career paths.

The event offered the audience valuable insights and actionable advice, aiming to inspire thought and reflection about the evolving nature of professional growth.
